About the role:

We are interested in speaking with experienced Partners, senior practitioners with an established practice, or lawyers ready to make the move into partnership across:

• Property – acquisitions and disposals, development, commercial leasing, property transactions and broader real estate matters.
• Planning & Environment – planning approvals, development matters, land use, environmental issues and planning disputes.
• Construction – front-end contracting, project advisory, construction disputes and major development matters.
• Family Law – complex property settlements, parenting matters, financial agreements and high-net-worth family law matters.
• Wills & Estates – estate planning, succession planning, probate, estate administration and contested estates.

The opportunity can be shaped around your existing expertise, client relationships and longer-term practice ambitions.

You will have the autonomy to lead your practice while benefiting from the firm’s established resources, broader client network and opportunities to collaborate across complementary areas.

The ideal candidate:

You will ideally:

• Be an established Partner or senior practitioner with a genuine pathway to partnership.
• Have strong technical expertise within Property, Planning, Construction, Family Law or Wills & Estates.
• Bring an established client following, portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate and develop work.
• Have strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
• Be motivated to grow your practice and contribute to the broader growth of the firm.
• Value a collaborative environment where Partners actively work together and cross-refer opportunities.
