Representing Toyota, Kia, GWM and a portfolio of other leading automotive brands, Brian Hilton – Wyong is a proud family-owned business that has been serving the Central Coast community for more than 50 years. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Experienced or Trainee Service Advisor to join our Wyong team and help drive our service department to new heights. 

About the Role 

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Welcoming and assisting guests within the service department 

• Accurately communicating vehicle symptoms and required repairs 

• Preparing estimates, including parts and labour pricing 

• Managing and resolving guest enquiries and concerns 

• Preparing invoices and closing repair orders 

• Liaising with technicians and internal departments to ensure efficient workflow 

About You 

Whether you are experienced or looking to begin your career in the automotive industry, we are looking for someone who is: 

• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest service 

• Professional in presentation and communication 

• Confident working in a fast-paced environment 

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail 

• In possession of a current driver licence (manual transmission required) 

• Able to satisfactorily complete a National Police Check (provided by the Company)
