ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our Service Department and a key part of delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and managing service bookings

• Listening to customer concerns and accurately recording vehicle requirements

• Providing clear explanations of service and repair recommendations

• Preparing repair orders and coordinating workflow with the workshop team

• Communicating progress updates and timeframes to customers

• Processing invoices, payments, and warranty claims

• Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met

• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in automotive service advising (preferred) or strong customer service experience

• Communicates confidently and professionally

• Is organised and able to multitask in a busy environment

• Thrives under pressure and enjoys problem-solving

• Has strong computer literacy

• Works collaboratively with technicians and management

• Holds a current Open Driver’s Licence
