About the role
Join the Dominion Strata Management Team – NEW SOUTHERN OFFICE OPEN!
At Dominion Strata Management, we're proud of our growth, and we're looking for another driven and detail-oriented professional to join us as we continue expanding. Our reputation has been built on exceptional customer service, a solid work ethic, and a genuine commitment to doing things properly.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone with experience in strata management (or as an assistant strata manager) who's confident with numbers and passionate about delivering great service.
What We Offer:
A true work/life balance – no late-night expectations, and yes, you get your birthday off.
Competitive salary that reflects your experience and contribution.
A realistic portfolio size – because burnout helps no one.
No on-call or after-hours work – your evenings are your own.
90% of meetings are held during business hours.
Strong administrative support to keep you focused on the high-value work.
A convenient, central office location with easy access to public transport.
A chance to join a growing, forward-thinking company.
Ongoing learning and development opportunities to support your growth.
SMPS Certification – our robust systems and procedures are designed to set you up for success.
And yes, we have proper barista coffee on site.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Communicating with owners, councils, contractors, and service providers.
Preparing and managing budgets and financial reports.
Chairing general and council meetings.
Leading Annual General Meetings and ensuring follow-up is handled efficiently.
Managing the recovery of outstanding levies.
Responding to phone, email, and in-person queries with professionalism.
Taking on various tasks as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
Skills and Experience We Value:
Experience in strata management or assistant strata management (property managers welcome to apply).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in strata management or assistant strata management is required.
Strong customer service focus and relationship management skills.
Working knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and Regulations.
Confident communicator – both written and verbal.
Experience with Property IQ is a plus, but not essential – we'll train you.
Strong digital and financial literacy – particularly around budgeting and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
A team player who can problem-solve and adapt when the unexpected crops up.
Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
If you're ready to work somewhere that values professionalism and people, we'd love to hear from you.
