Expressions of Interest - UNSW Scientia Program (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Researcher) for commencement in 2027

• Employment Type: Full time or Part time. The program has flexibility for part time employment, and research breaks for participants to pursue other studies, engage with industry or to follow other interests.
• Duration: Four-year tenure track contract with the possibility of converting to a continuing position
• Eligibility: Level B (Lecturer) and C (Senior Lecturer) across any discipline. Candidates with compelling track records will be considered at levels A (Associate Lecturer) and D (Associate Professor). This is an identified position for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants only.
• Remuneration: Academic Level A – D (plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
• Location: Kensington NSW

Expressions of interest (EOIs) are due by 11.55pm on Friday 28^th August 2026.  EOIs will be reviewed by the relevant Faculties for consideration, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit a full application and evidence of Indigeneity. All offers of employment will be subject to prior submission of satisfactory proof of Aboriginality.
