Product & Project & Solution Graduate Program

THE ROLE

This is a core graduate program tailored for high-potential local graduates based in Sydney. We are seeking talented candidates with strong comprehensive quality, logical thinking and fast learning ability. Through structured rotations, one-on-one mentorship and hands-on commercial projects, you will be trained as a future Product Manager, Project Manager or Solution Consultant. No relevant working experience is required. We prioritise your critical thinking, communication skills and execution capability, ideal for graduates looking to launch a long-term career in Australia’s tech, fintech and enterprise solution industries.

About The Program

Our graduate program is designed to nurture versatile talent with no strict technical background requirements. We focus on recruiting curious, adaptable and high-potential graduates with excellent overall quality. During the program, you will rotate across core business modules including business analysis, product design, project delivery and solution development. Based on your personal strengths, career interests and performance, you will be placed into a dedicated final role: Product Manager / Project Manager / Solution Consultant. You will receive consistent mentorship, structured career progression, and fast-track opportunities to own independent business modules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business & User Insight (Product Management Track)

• Assist in researching user requirements, client pain points and market competitors; organise requirement documents, user scenarios and functional improvement suggestions

• Participate in prototype design, workflow optimisation, feature iteration and post-launch reviews to master end-to-end product development workflows

2. Project Delivery & Execution (Project Management Track)

• Support cross-functional project delivery with engineering, design and testing teams; monitor project progress, identify risks and update status regularly

• Manage meeting minutes, task breakdowns, progress tracking and project retrospectives to ensure efficient and on-time delivery

3. Solution Development & Stakeholder Engagement (Solution Consulting Track)

• Assist in developing industry solution documents, product portfolios and case studies; support client communication, requirement analysis and solution presentation

• Participate in pre-sales support, client consultation and solution optimisation to build solid commercial and client-centric thinking

4. Capability Building & Career Development

• Engage in real commercial projects under mentor guidance to accumulate practical experience in product design, project governance and solution delivery

• Customise your career development path and final role placement based on personal strengths and aspirations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree or above, Australian local graduates (graduated within 2 years), all majors welcome; STEM and Business majors are preferred

• Strong logical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills with excellent learning agility

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Proactive, detail-oriented and highly executable with solid project coordination potential

• Genuine interest in product management, project management and enterprise solution roles

• No prior industry experience required – we value personal quality and potential above all
