Permanent Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Leadership Opportunity
Team Global Express is looking for an experienced Administration Supervisor to lead our Administration team in Mount Isa, QLD.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Administrator ready to take the next step in their career.
Reporting to the NQ Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of the branch's administrative function, lead and support the Administration team, oversee financial and compliance activities, and work closely with operations to keep the branch running efficiently.

Lead, supervise and support the branch Administration team.
Coordinate daily administrative workloads and priorities.
Manage team rosters, hours, leave and overtime.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Complete operational, financial and compliance reporting.
Support branch performance reporting and analysis against the P&L.
Maintain accurate employee and administration records.
Act as Tollworks 2IC and support the effective use of branch systems.
Ensure administration processes comply with company policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities to streamline systems and improve administrative processes.
Provide accurate and timely information to the Regional Manager and operational teams.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Support quality assurance, audits and compliance requirements.
Lead by example and promote a strong safety-first culture.
Support change and continuous improvement across the branch.
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
Previous experience leading or supervising an administration team.
Strong administration experience, ideally within transport, logistics or a fast-paced operational environment.
Experience with accounts payable and receivable.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience preparing operational, financial and compliance reports.
Good numerical skills and an understanding of P&L and cost management.
Strong people leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent organisational, time-management and prioritisation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work autonomously and meet time-critical deadlines.
Experience with Tollworks or a similar transport/database system would be highly regarded.
A strong commitment to customer service, safety and compliance.
