Assistant Principal - Bayanami Public School

Bayanami Public School situated in Parramatta, opened with 78 Kindergarten enrolments in 2019. Bayanami Public School currently has 648 students enrolled from Kindergarten to Year 6. This flagship primary school incorporates an innovative educational model where we encourage every learner to develop as a whole person.

In addition to the general selection criteria, approval to teach infants and/or primary  

1. Demonstrated success in leading staff whilst balancing the complex role of a teaching Assistant Principal.

2. Demonstrated expertise in supporting students with additional learning and support needs. 

3. Demonstrated leadership in developing high quality and differentiated literacy and/or numeracy programs in Early Stage 1 and/or Stage 1. 

4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with the executive team, teachers, support staff and  families.
