Program Worker Accommodation Services

Social Futures is a leading community service organisation and registered community housing provider with 50 years’ experience creating positive social change. We work with communities, organisations and government to build inclusive communities where everyone is valued and supported.

We are seeking a Program Worker to join our Housing and Homelessness team on a part time basis of 35 hours per week in Lismore, to help make a positive social change, together.

What you'll be doing

• supporting people with housing pathways
• Networking with other professionals and service providers
• Provide practice that is strengths based, person-centred, solutions-focused inline with Social Futures Case Management Frameworks requirements
• Provide high-quality customer-centred individual and/or family case management

What we're looking for

• Experience providing high quality customer-centred individual and/or family case management
• Previous experience working within homelessness or a similar sector
• Demonstrated well-developed organisational, time management and administrative skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining professional boundaries while engaging in person-centred work
