Sinclair Wilson is seeking experienced, enthusiastic Administration Assistants to join our Warrnambool office. With multiple opportunities available, both Full-time and Part-time, for people who enjoy variety, teamwork, and providing excellent client support.

These positions offer a diverse range of responsibilities, with no two days alike! From welcoming clients at reception or over the phone, to providing vital administrative support to our specialists’ teams. You will play an important part in ensuring a positive experience for both clients and colleagues.

Our ideal candidates will be highly organised, and detail orientated with excellent interpersonal skills. Your professionalism and friendly approach will aid your ability to build positive relationships and excellent services to our clients and fellow colleagues.

You will also be comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change throughout the day.

You will bring:

• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations.
• Previous administration, reception, or secretarial experience.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Experience in an accounting, wealth, or legal practice would be well regarded but is not essential.
