We have built our reputation on delivering high-quality commercial construction, facility services solutions and property maintenance to some of Australia's largest multinational retailers, government authorities, aged care and educational institutions.

As we take the business into its next chapter, we're looking for an experienced leader who wants to build on the strong foundations already in place, help shape our future direction and play a key role in our continued success.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will lead our construction and property services operations, oversee project delivery, develop our people, improve systems and processes, and contribute to the continued growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support construction and operational teams

• Oversee projects from commencement through to completion

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard

• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers

• Develop team capability, accountability and culture

• Improve operational systems and business processes

• Support estimating, tendering and commercial activities

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth

• Work with the Managing Director on business strategy and future direction

About You

You may currently be a Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager or experienced Project Manager ready for a broader leadership role.

You're a respected leader who communicates well, develops people, makes sound decisions and understands how to build a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.

You have successfully led construction teams, developed strong client relationships and built a reputation for delivering projects safely, profitably and to a high standard.

You're a practical leader who enjoys developing people, by coaching, mentoring, training and encouraging team members to meet their full potential. You lead by example, make sound decisions, solve problems effectively, and create an environment where individuals and teams can grow, succeed, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

You'll Bring

• Experience leading construction operations and delivering projects across sectors such as education, aged care, health, retail, government or commercial construction

• Proven leadership and people management skills

• Commercial and financial acumen

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Established industry networks and strong client relationships

• A practical, hands-on approach and solutions-focused mindset

• The confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes
