About the role
As a member of the Information & Technology department, this position is required to provide operational coordination across governance, reporting, planning, compliance and business management functions to support the effective operation, accountability and continuous improvement of the department.
Reporting to the Coordinator Portfolio & Governance, you will play a key role in ensuring the department maintains strong governance, planning and compliance practices while supporting informed decision-making and operational excellence. Working across a broad range of stakeholders, you will coordinate governance activities, oversee reporting cycles, support audit and compliance obligations, and contribute to business improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery outcomes.
This role involves analysing operational and performance information, supporting financial and business management processes, maintaining governance documentation and driving continuous improvement across departmental processes. You will also work closely with leaders and stakeholders to ensure operational planning, reporting and compliance obligations are delivered effectively and consistently.
Utilising your governance, analytical and business management skills will be pivotal to your success as you help strengthen organisational accountability, support strategic priorities and improve operational performance across Technology Services.
