WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• We’re looking for a few Restaurant Seniors / Experienced to join our FOH team and help lead daily service with care, warmth, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step into leadership, build a long-term career in hospitality, and grow toward a future FOH Manager position.

• You don’t need to be perfect at everything from the start. We’re looking for people who are motivated, people-focused, and ready to take the next step with stability and purpose.

• Elevating our customer experience. Ensuring happy customers, satisfied with their meals, beverages and service.

• Taking orders and running food & beverages to guests in a timely manner. Clearing and cleaning tables to a high standard.

• Answer customers' queries satisfactorily.

• Delivering excellent customer service, to all bistro and event guests.

• Work events, including weddings, Christmas parties, cocktail parties and other functions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• We need experienced hospitality professionals who will become an important part of the team and elevate the customer experience when at Clyde Park - this position will suit previous FOH returning to work post kids (great shifts around school hours), someone chasing a bit of extra income, or an experienced hospitality worker who is looking for a tree change.

• Excellent customer service skills

• Passionate about offering genuine hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

• Wants to build a long-term career and grow with an industry-leading company

• Has 3+ years' experience in table service within a busy, fast-paced environment

• Current RSA or willingness to get one

• Likes to take initiative and embraces new challenges

• POS skills & experience with reservation systems

• Positive attitude & work ethic

• Weekends, public holiday & plenty of event evening shifts

• Coffee and bar experience

• Is attentive and enjoys looking after people (a thoughtful, hands-on, and caring personality)

• Takes pride in keeping spaces clean, organised, and beautiful
