Bistro Staff/Front of House

As our hotel, restaurant and event business continues to grow, were on the hunt for a fun, energetic and passionate Bistro Staff/Front of House to join our Victoria Hotel Family! 

About the role:

You will be responsible for providing friendly customer service and helping create a positive dining experience for our customers.
This role is fast paced and suited to someone who is reliable, works well in a team environment and enjoys interacting with customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Taking customer orders and providing great service

2. Assisting in the Kitchen when needed

3. Running food and drinks

4. Carrying out general bistro duties

5. Keeping work areas clean and organised

6. Working in a fast-paced team environment

To be considered for this role you must possess the following:

1. Positive attitude, great communication skills and passion for delivering excellent customer service.

2. Ability to work well under pressure

3. Reliable and well presented

4. Strong communication and leadership skills.

5. Hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential.

6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
