Site supervisor

This rapidly growing business requires a Construction Supervisor to play an integral part in supervising and coordinating builds in the West and South-West growth corridors. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and energetic with the ability to problem solve and multitask. They will also take initiative and prioritise efficient operations to suit build programs, as well as demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high quality homes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE –

• Managing and supervising the smooth build process of quality 'turnkey' homes on time and within budget.

• Essential experience in residential construction is required.

• Co-ordination of all trades, subcontractors, and suppliers with an emphasis on developing on-going and friendly relationships.

• Inspection of all completed work to ensure all NCC, BCA and company standards are upheld and maintained.

• Daily site inspections and ensuring sites are clean and safe.

• Maintaining paperwork, reports, invoices, and call forwards.

• Ensure compliance with workplace Health and Safety standards.

• Current White Card (Construction Induction) is essential.

• Report to the Victorian Construction Manager on a regular basis.

• Permanent residents are required for this position.

• Applicants must have their own car suitable for the role.
