Open 7 days, morning until late, Manon caters to must-have morning coffee and pastries, through to lingering post-dinner drinks. Guests are spoilt with a culinary selection of French classics, curated wine lists, eloquent cocktails, and fresh seafood raw bar 

About the role

Opportunities exist for a passionate and highly motivated Apprentice Chef ! 

Working with our experienced, talented and friendly team in a dynamic and professional environment there is opportunity for career development whilst being inspired along the way.

Attractive opportunity for both savoury and pastry in training Apprentices 

Reporting to the Head Chef your training and responsibilities will  include:

• Preparing and cooking food according to customers’ orders

• Ensuring that all dishes created are of high quality and presented well

• Monitor costs with special regard to portion control, waste minimisation and stock control

• Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations, safe work practice and having knowledge of allergy restricted food

• Carrying out quality checks on food supplies to ensure quality and freshness

Skills and experience

• Creativity and passion for the industry

• Enthusiastic attitude

• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety

• Ability to work under pressure 

• Ability to work independently and as a team player

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekend's and public holidays
