Purpose

To proactively support our client network with professionalism and with a key focus on providing high quality administrative support to Sales Team.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, processing and placing orders and creatively solving problems independently delivering quick responses to customer queries.Following up sales leads, quotes and sample drops with customers.Processing all customer related admin on the same day received.Maintaining company customer database.Answering incoming calls with professional and efficient manner at all timesAssisting in processes and procedures for the Sales teamTo complete all relevant paperwork in a professional like manner on time, every time.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE will also need have to –
