The Opportunity

Are you an organised, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment?

We’re seeking a Coordinator Agent Services to support the smooth delivery of sales administration, marketing coordination, and trust accounting functions across the sales business. Working closely with the Team Leader Agent Services and the Sales Director this role is critical to maintaining compliance, accuracy, and the high professional standards that define the McGrath brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and maintaining accurate sales documentation across multiple systems
• Supporting trust account processing and ensuring legislative compliance
• Ensuring sales transactions align with company policies and procedures
• Assisting agents and marketing teams with campaign coordination and advertising
• Liaising with suppliers and external partners to deliver marketing assets on time
• Tracking advertising costs and supporting billing and cost recovery
• Coordinating with solicitors, buyers, and vendors to support smooth settlements
• Supporting process improvements, system updates, and team workflows
• Delivering professional service and contributing to a collaborative team culture
