About Clyde Five Ways Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Clyde Five Ways is our exciting new service opening soon in the growing Eliston Estate at 400 Clyde-Five Ways Road, Clyde.
Purpose-built with eight spacious learning environments for children aged six weeks to six years, the centre features premium indoor and outdoor learning spaces, an in-house chef, and engaging educational programs designed to inspire curiosity, creativity and confidence.
As part of our foundation team, you'll have the unique opportunity to help establish our kindergarten programs, influence the centre's culture and create meaningful learning experiences from the very beginning.
About the Role As a Kindergarten Teacher, you'll deliver engaging, inclusive and high-quality educational programs that support every child's learning, development and wellbeing.
Working collaboratively with the Educational Leader and Centre Leadership Team, you'll create inspiring learning environments while fostering strong partnerships with families.
You will: - Deliver high-quality funded 3-Year-Old or 4-Year-Old kindergarten programs
- Plan, implement and evaluate engaging play-based learning experiences
- Develop meaningful learning programs aligned with the EYLF and VEYLDF
- Complete observations, assessments and Transition Learning and Development Statements
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
- Collaborate with educators to create inclusive learning environments
- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and supportive team culture
- Help establish a culture of educational excellence as part of our foundation team
About You You are a passionate and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher who is excited by the opportunity to build something special from the ground up.
You will bring: - Full VIT Registration (Essential)
- Please note: Due to the requirements of these funded kindergarten roles, applications from provisionally registered teachers cannot be considered.
- ACECQA-approved Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering funded kindergarten programs (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for play-based learning and children's development
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
