As our Marketing Manager -Dr. LeWinn’s, you’ll own and accelerate the profitable growth of the portfolio through category leading brand strategy, innovation, demand generation and retailer partnerships. You’ll bring together consumer insight, commercial thinking and creative brand leadership to strengthen brand equity, grow market share and deliver sustainable commercial performance.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute portfolio and brand strategies that deliver sales, market share, margin and brand equity growth.
• Build distinctive brand positioning, claims and communication platforms that create competitive advantage and strengthen Dr. LeWinn’s in the skincare category.
• Turn consumer, shopper, category and performance insights into clear growth opportunities, portfolio choices and communication strategies.
• Own the three-year innovation pipeline and portfolio roadmap, partnering with Product Development to deliver consumer-led innovation, range optimisation and profitable growth.
• Lead integrated marketing plans, agency partnerships and media investment to build brand equity and deliver strong ROI.
• Measure and optimise campaign performance, embedding learning and continuous improvement into how we build demand.
• Partner with Commercial teams to develop compelling category growth stories, innovation selling propositions and retailer programs.
• Influence range reviews, distribution, visibility and execution across key customers.
• Unlock the full potential of eCommerce through DTC and omnichannel excellence.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team while building trusted cross-functional partnerships across the business.

Where You’ll Work

You’ll be based in our modern Sydney CBD head office, working in a hybrid environment.

What you’ll bring

• Proven success delivering profitable growth across brands and portfolios within FMCG, Beauty, Skincare or Consumer Health.
• Strong strategic thinking with demonstrated capability across brand strategy, innovation and portfolio management.
• Commercial acumen and experience managing P&L outcomes and marketing investment.
• A consumer-led mindset, with the ability to translate insight into compelling strategies and action.
• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns, agencies and media investment with a strong focus on effectiveness and ROI.
• The ability to influence retailers, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders and build strong, collaborative partnerships.
• Strong leadership and people development skills, with a passion for building high-performing teams.
