MR Truck Driver / Warehouse & Factory Operator

Arch-System Fabrication Pty Ltd is looking for a reliable and motivated MR Truck Driver / Warehouse & Factory Operator to join our team in Vineyard.

This is a permanent full-time, hands-on role combining MR truck deliveries with warehouse, forklift and factory duties. No two days are exactly the same — you could be completing deliveries, loading materials, organising incoming stock or helping our factory team prepare aluminium windows and doors for major commercial projects.

This is a varied position, and your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the company MR truck to complete deliveries and collections

• Safely loading and unloading trucks

• Receiving and checking incoming materials

• Organising and storing aluminium, glass, hardware and other materials

• Preparing orders and materials for factory production and site deliveries

• Operating a forklift where licensed

• Assisting with dispatch and warehouse activities

• Helping the factory team with general production tasks when required

• Using hand and power tools safely

• Using mobile apps and company systems for stock, deliveries and material movements

• Completing vehicle pre-start checks and relevant delivery documentation

• Keeping the truck, warehouse and work areas clean, safe and organised

• Following company WHS procedures and safe manual-handling practices

• Current MR driver's licence

• Good and safe driving record

• Ability to safely perform manual-handling duties

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable using a mobile phone, apps and basic computer systems

• Good communication skills

• Strong safety awareness

• Willingness to work across driving, warehouse and factory duties

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Current Forklift Licence

• Previous MR truck or delivery-driving experience

• Warehouse, storeperson, dispatch or logistics experience

• Manufacturing or construction industry experience

• Experience with aluminium windows and doors

• Experience using hand and power tools

Monday to Friday
6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Overtime and occasional Saturday work may be available depending on operational requirements.
