Our story begins in 1989, when two friends in Brisbane couldn't find a spot keep the conversation going - so they created one. The Coffee Club has been part of people's everyday moments ever since. Now serving millions of loyal customers as one of the world's largest Australian café chain. What we’re after

• Allrounders who can deliver warm service, take orders, handle transactions, and keep the café running smoothly.
• Baristas who know their way around an espresso machine, bringing speed, precision, and passion to every cup.
• Shift Supervisors who can supervise, coach, and support a team in a fast-paced café environment.
• Team players who can support across front and back-of-house, maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment.
• Leaders (Shift Supervisors) who communicate clearly, delegate fairly, and keep the team motivated during every shift.
• Customer-focused individuals who set the standard and thrive in a fast-paced café environment and create moments our guests come back for.
• People who follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards to keep our café safe and compliant.

These roles require applicants to have working rights in Australia and flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
