Project Administrator

ConsultANZ is seeking a proactive and dedicated Project Administrator to join a growing and evolving team in Sydney. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery on civil construction sites.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Track project progress, update timelines, and assist in budgeting processes.
• Support site managers and project leaders in organizing and scheduling tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Proactively solve problems and contribute to continuous improvement in project execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working on civil construction sites.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A helpful, supportive attitude and the ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter mentality.
• Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
