About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Heavy Diesel Mechanic to work on our fleet of Liebherr & Terex cranes as well as Volvo Prime Movers and trailing equipment. This role is offered on a 14 days on, 14 days off roster or a 14 days on, 7 days off roster in the Pilbara region, however other roster options can be available upon request. Reporting directly to the Workshop Coordinator, this pivotal role involves the maintenance and repairs of a low age fleet of more than 20 x Liebherr cranes from 100t to 650t, along with franna cranes and Volvo Prime Movers and trailing equipment. The ideal candidate will be a great team player with a strong work ethic with safety as a key priority.

To be successful for this role you must possess the following:

• Heavy Vehicle Trade Certificate

• Proven experience in maintenance and repairs with Liebherr and Terex cranes, Volvo trucks, transport trailers, hydraulic floats and light vehicles

• Ability to follow and update service maintenance schedules

• Ability to prioritise works to support operational capability

• Knowledge of the WA Road Traffic, Mines Safety and Inspection, WA OHS Acts and Standards and Codes of Practice

• Current HR class license (minimum)
