Cold Storage - Warehouse Forklift Operator

Midfield Trading is seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our busy distribution centre. In this role, you will be a key part of our logistics team, ensuring that stock is moved, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent hours with a supportive team culture.

Available for immediate start.
Monday-Friday
6.00am-3.00pm

Location: Homebush 2140

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move stock.

• Utilise high-reach and counterbalance forklifts to stack inventory in pallet racking

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners.

• Receive and check incoming stock, stock rotation.

• Load/unload trucks efficiently.

• Maintain documentation and dispatch records correctly.

·         Adhere to safety procedures and keep the warehouse clean.

• General warehousing duties.

Skills and Experience

• Valid LF forklift licence is mandatory (LO licence is highly regarded).

• Proven experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.

• RF scanning experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Strong physical fitness for manual handling, picking, and packing tasks.

• Reliable track record with a focus on safety and attention to detail.

·         Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team.

·         Punctual for starting time.

Salary: $38-$40 plus super
