About the Opportunity:
We're looking for passionate Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs to join the opening team at Wishbone. This is your chance to work alongside some of the industry's best, be part of a brand-new kitchen from day one, and help create exceptional food and memorable dining experiences

Location: Melbourne CBD.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a premium, quality-driven kitchen
• Passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure service environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
• Pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient section
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
