About the Opportunity:
Join the team of Maison Bâtard and work with talented chefs. Work closely with senior chefs and ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency and efficiency of your section. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a dynamic and prestigious kitchen.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end, a la carte restaurant
• French cuisine experience advantageous
• Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
• Team oriented and strong communication skills
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Eye for detail and strong time management
• Knowledge food safety standards
• Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
