About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our full end-to-end production process, delivering high-quality collections that meet brand standards, budgets, and timelines. You'll own the critical path from fabric and pattern development through final garment delivery, managing production schedules, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and driving operational excellence through strategic supplier management, cost optimisation, and process innovation. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple concurrent collections while advancing our sustainability commitments and implementing emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
