Kangaroo Rugby League Club is situated below City View in Mooroobool. It is a 100 seat restaurant & bar inside Kangaroo Rugby League Club. Offering great meals using local produce. We are a full-service restaurant frequented by locals Tuesday till Saturday. We pride ourselves on great consistent quality & old fashion service. We have no poker machines or TAB we survive solely on our food & beverage experience. 

Edge Hill Bowls Club

We are a bistro style Club frequented by locals Tuesday till Sunday. We are open from 12pm till 8:30pm, We seat around 200 people. We do lots of functions and platters. We pride ourselves on great consistent and quality.

 What We Need From You?

• Proficiency in menu costing and ability to control and minimize wastage

• Strong understanding of rostering and costing 

• Implement and manage stock control, ordering & receiving of deliveries between our 2 venues 

• Fine tune our kitchen processes between both venues

• A commitment to achieving sales, food cost & labour cost targets without compromising quality or standards

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, develop, support, and mentor the team

• Ability to produce high quality meals in a fast-paced environment 

• Strong compliance focus

• Constructing weekly specials with new or existing culinary creations.

• Ability to engage with our regular customers

• Must have min 5 years experience
