Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your own section and assist in the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard while maintaining consistency, quality and efficiency during busy service periods. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure every guest enjoys high-quality food and outstanding service.

About You
You’re passionate about food, especially fresh Tasmanian produce, and you take pride in your work. You have strong culinary skills, experience in high volume à la carte service and a deep understanding of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations. You are committed to maintaining high standards at all times while remaining organised, collaborative, and you bring great people skills to the kitchen.
