Tip Top Bakeries is on the lookout for an energetic and reliable Bakery Assistant to join our fast-paced team in Bendigo.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation
• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Record production data and report any issues

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or food production (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kgs)
