Coordinate and deliver the induction and onboarding process for new starters, including paperwork, system access and first-day arrangements.
Conduct preliminary and phone-screening interviews, shortlist candidates against role criteria and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Assist with the recruitment process — posting job ads, scheduling interviews, corresponding with candidates and coordinating reference and background checks.
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR files in line with privacy requirements.
Looking for :
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with staff and candidates.
Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, HR administration, or a similar coordination role.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and rostering/HR management systems.
