· Compliance & Workforce Management: Monitor staff qualifications, NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Cards, First Aid, CPR, mandatory training, and roster compliance while ensuring adherence to the SCHADS Award, Fair Work legislation, and NDIS Practice Standards.
· Employee Relations: Support managers with probation reviews, performance management processes, staff engagement initiatives, and general HR administration while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
· Systems & Administration: Maintain accurate employee and participant information within ShiftCare, Employment Hero, and other organisational systems to support payroll, invoicing, compliance reporting, and operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience
· Software Experience: Demonstrated experience using ShiftCare is highly desirable. Experience with Employment Hero or similar HR and workforce management systems will be highly regarded.
· Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years' experience in HR, rostering, workforce coordination, or administration within the NDIS, Aged Care, Community Services, or Healthcare sector is preferred.
· Award & Legislative Knowledge: Working knowledge of the SCHADS Award, Fair Work legislation, and NDIS Practice Standards is highly regarded.
· Organisation & Problem Solving: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands, remain calm under pressure, and confidently resolve rostering and workforce challenges.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, participants, families, and external stakeholders.
