About the Role
Join the Casey Adult Crisis Intervention Service (ACIS) as a Grade 4 Mental Health Social Worker and play a key role in delivering timely, recovery-oriented care to consumers experiencing an acute mental health crisis. This is a full time, ongoing position, based at Casey Hospital.
Working across the community, clinic and via telehealth, you will undertake comprehensive mental health, psychosocial and risk assessments, provide crisis intervention, and develop collaborative treatment and safety plans. You will work closely with consumers, families, carers and a broad multidisciplinary network to support people to remain safely in the community wherever possible.
