National Replenishment Officer

We are seeking an experienced National Replenishment Officer to lead the replenishment and inventory function across our growing manufacturing business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong supplier relationships while ensuring materials are available to support production and customer demand.

Working closely with Production, Planning, Sales, Finance and key suppliers, you will play a critical role in maintaining supply continuity, optimising inventory, improving supplier performance and delivering cost efficiencies.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading national replenishment and inventory planning activities.

• Ensuring ingredients and packaging are available to meet production schedules.

• Managing supplier relationships and performance.

• Monitoring inventory levels and minimising stock shortages.

• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Supporting new product launches through timely material sourcing.

• Maintaining accurate ERP purchasing and inventory data.

• Driving continuous improvement across replenishment processes.

• Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional service levels.

About You

You are an experienced replenishment, procurement or supply chain professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for operational excellence.

You'll bring:

• Experience in replenishment, purchasing or supply chain management.

• Manufacturing or FMCG experience.

• Strong ERP and inventory management experience.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities.

• A continuous improvement mindset.

• The ability to prioritise competing demands while maintaining attention to detail.
