Procurement - Replenishment and Inventory Manager

We’re looking for an Inventory & Replenishment Manager to lead our Replenishment and Inventory team at Prima PMI!

This role will manage inventory integrity across our operations, and drive data-led decision making sure we hit our Material and Clicks targets without exceeding our budget, space, or timelines. You’ll work closely with Warehouse, Strategic Sourcing, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Management teams to keep everything flowing.

This is a critical role where Excel skills, ERP experience, and demand planning expertise are a must. You’ll thrive if you love digging into data, solving problems, and leading a team to hit high-impact KPIs.

What You’ll Own

• Managing our Procurement Officers (remote), Inventory Controller (onsite) and Warehouse Supervisor (onsite) to procurement and stock targets

• Building demand forecasts and monthly build plans

• Overseeing stock integrity, reconciliations, and supplier claims

• Driving peak planning by June each year

• Leading regular reporting and reviews across Weeks of supply, Stock on Hand, and KPIs

Requirements

• experience in procurement and inventory management

• Experience managing a team is essential

• Experience within Manufacturing (preferred)

• Advanced Excel skills (think formulas, reconciliation, dynamic reporting)

• ERP experience for purchasing and material master data

• Strong commercial judgement - even when data is limited

• A proactive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement
