We're growing and we're looking for our next Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our office team.

We're an established electrical company with a strong reputation across Perth and a team that is continuing to grow. We pride ourselves on great communication, quality workmanship and giving our customers an experience that makes them want to use us again.

This role is a mix of customer service, sales and administration.

You'll be speaking with customers every day, helping them with their enquiries, booking jobs, following up quotes and calling warm leads. The goal isn't just to answer the phone. It's to build relationships, create opportunities and help turn enquiries into booked work.

What you'll be doing

• Answering incoming calls and helping customers with their enquiries

• Gathering information and photos required for quoting

• Booking jobs into the schedule

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, text and email

• Calling warm leads and following up quote opportunities

• Following up sent quotes and helping convert them into confirmed work

• Re-engaging customers who haven't yet gone ahead

• Building rapport with customers and providing excellent customer service

• Supporting the office and field team with day-to-day workflow

• Assisting with general administration when required

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone

• Naturally friendly and good at building rapport

• Comfortable with sales and asking for the business

• Proactive and not afraid to pick up the phone and follow something up

• Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks

• Positive and energetic

• Reliable and accountable

• Comfortable working in a busy environment

• A team player with a good sense of humour

Previous experience in sales, customer service, scheduling, trades administration or a similar role will be highly regarded.

Experience with ServiceM8 is a bonus, but not essential. Training will be provided.

The role

Full time | Monday to Friday | 8am to 4pm

Based in Wangara.
