Our Director has over 30 years of hands‑on joinery experience and leads a dedicated team producing exceptional custom work. Our projects have appeared in Belle Australia, Australian House & Garden, Vogue Living, and publications by a renowned Australian designer.

We manage projects from concept to installation, completing the majority of work in‑house to maintain our high standards.

We are seeking a 3rd/4th Year Apprentice or qualified Cabinet Maker/Joiner or for an immediate start. This full‑time role involves producing high‑quality architectural joinery for upmarket residential homes and selected commercial projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manufacturing detailed custom joinery items using workshop tools, plant, and equipment

• Producing architectural elements to a high standard of accuracy and finish

• Installing and commissioning joinery items on‑site

You will bring a strong work ethic, pride in your craftsmanship, and experience in detailed joinery.

You will also have:

• Full Australian working rights

• Qualification as a 3rd/4th Year Apprentice or qualified Cabinet Maker/Joiner (Sydney‑based preferred)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

• Reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation

• Experience in custom, detailed joinery (not mass‑produced lines)

• Ability to read plans with strong attention to detail

• A motivated, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude

• Driver’s licence and own vehicle (preferred)

• Your own hand tools

• On‑site installation experience (preferred)

• White Card / OH&S General Induction
