About the role

We are looking for a trade-qualified cabinet maker, shopfitter or installer who is confident installing on-site independently and maintaining high quality standards. You will translate architectural and shop drawing plans into finished products, ensuring every site is left spotless and every detail is to a high standard. While this is primarily a site-based role, there will be occasional requirements to assist in the factory with assembly or pre-fabrication tasks as project flow dictates.

Key responsibilities

• Accurate interpretation of architectural drawings and joinery plans

• On-site installation of high-end joinery, including kitchens, custom cabinetry, vanities, robes and studies

• Occasional assistance in the factory for assembly, quality control, or pre-fabrication tasks

• Executing finish-level work, including scribing, trimming, and hardware installation

• Communicating professionally with clients, builders, and project management team

• Managing site setup, tool safety, and project site cleanliness

About you

• Trade qualification in Joinery/Cabinet Making

• Experience in high-end residential joinery installation (5+ years preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanship

• Ability to solve problems on-site and work effectively without constant supervision and within a team

• Own reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and essential hand tools

• Strong work ethic and a professional, reliable approach
