Receptionist

Auscool Services Pty Ltd is a well-established family business that is known for delivering an efficient and premium level of professional services and products to Perth's commercial and industrial sectors. Located in Perth’s Northern suburbs, Auscool Services Pty Ltd is a national leader in its service delivery. This busy refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical company is currently on the lookout for an Receptionist to join the team on a PERMANENT FULLTIME basis.

(8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday).

Your new role:

Reporting to the Director, your duties will include but not limited to;

• Answering and directing all incoming calls;

• Assisting Director in email and diary management;

• Accounts Payable and Receivable;

• Scheduling of service works;

• Weekly and monthly reporting to the Director;

• Data entry into Xero accounting software;

• Assist clients with job-related queries;

• General filing and archiving;

• Maintain daily running of office and workshop.

What you'll need to succeed:

The successful applicant will possess the following:

• Previous experience in a business administration role (preferable);

• An existing qualification in Business Administration (optional);

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel and XERO accounting package;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail;

• Good time management skills;

• Ability to work proactively, autonomously and multitask efficiently;

• Demonstrate initiative and think on your feet;

• Desire to really add value to our organisation.
