Full-Time Receptionist – Better Pet Vets

Are you a people person who loves pets just as much as their owners do? Better Pet Vets is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team.

About the Role:
This position (38 hours per week across 4 working days, with 1 RDO) is at the heart of our clinic’s daily operations. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every visit — whether in person or over the phone — is welcoming, efficient, and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and managing the flow of pets and people through the clinic

• Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records

• Providing clear, compassionate communication and support to clients

• Assisting with administrative tasks, marketing support, and stock control

• Upholding high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service

• Supporting our veterinary and nursing team to help the day run smoothly
