Lets Finance is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Broker to join our growing team.

As part of the Scott Park Group, you'll have direct access to opportunities generated through some of Western Australia's most recognised residential building brands, including B1 Homes, Redink Homes, 101 Residential and Redink Homes South West.

Working directly with 20+ in-house Sales Consultants, you'll receive a consistent flow of finance opportunities while our dedicated administration team manages the paperwork, allowing you to focus on building relationships and settling loans.

About the Role

• Assist clients with home loans, construction loans and refinancing solutions.

• Work closely with Sales Consultants to convert opportunities into settlements.

• Build and manage long-term client relationships.

• Grow your own loan book and recurring income stream.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lending process.

About You

• Proven experience in mortgage broking, banking or lending.

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated and results-driven.

• Passionate about helping clients achieve their property and financial goals.

• Ability to manage a pipeline and convert opportunities into settlements.
