Experienced Site Supervisor

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team full-time.

About the Role

Working closely with our broader project delivery team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of sites, including:

• Supervising trades and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

• Coordinating trades, materials and site requirements with the project team.

• Monitoring project progress and resolving site issues as they arise.

• Maintaining clear communication with clients, trades and internal teams.

• Conducting site inspections and ensuring WHS and site requirements are maintained.

• Managing defects and handovers as required.

About You

Ideally, you will have:

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.

• Strong experience managing trades and subcontractors.

• Commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment experience.

• A trade background, with carpentry highly regarded.

• Strong construction knowledge and the ability to read and interpret drawings.

• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

• A proactive, solutions-focused and team-oriented approach.

• Current driver's licence and White Card.
