Waiter

🍽️ Waiter/Waitress Position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

Requirements:

• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification

• Valid Australian working rights/visa

• Previous hospitality experience preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Good knowledge of common food allergies and dietary requirements

• Basic knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and wine

• Confident with wine service

• Ability to safely carry and deliver 3 plates

• Ability to use a drinks tray

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking food and beverage orders

• Providing attentive and friendly table service

• Ensuring guests receive accurate and timely orders

• Assisting with wine and beverage service

• Completing opening and closing duties

• Setting up and breaking down the restaurant

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional environment

Physical Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with prolonged standing and moving around the restaurant

• Able to assist with restaurant setup and pack-down

• Able to carry multiple plates and drinks trays safely
