We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to support the financial operations of our dealerships. This role combines traditional accounting responsibilities with vehicle deal processing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting functions, processing vehicle sales deals, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance across key administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

• Assist with daily banking activities and reconcile accounts.

• Process vehicle sales deals and related documentation.

• Maintain accurate financial and vehicle records.

• Assist with reporting, compliance, and administrative tasks.

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.

About You

• Previous exp in an Accounts Admin, or Bookkeeping role.

• Automotive dealership experience highly regarded.

• Experience using TUNE, Revolution, ERA Power, Revolution NEXT, or similar dealership management and accounting systems.

• Knowledge of vehicle deal processing and dealership admin desirable.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
