As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll set the tone for their entire visit. Your day will include:

• Welcoming patients and managing arrivals with warmth and professionalism
• Scheduling and confirming appointments across multiple imaging modalities
• Processing Medicare, DVA and private billing accurately
• Handling phone and email enquiries from patients and referrers
• Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting smooth clinic flow
• Working closely with clinical staff across the Campbelltown cluster to keep each site running seamlessly

• Previous experience in medical reception or administration is highly desirable, but not essential
• A professional, tech-savvy approach, with confidence picking up new systems and software
• The flexibility to work across multiple sites within the Campbelltown cluster
• A warm, calm manner, especially with patients who may be anxious or unwell
• Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
