As we continue to grow, we are seeking an exceptional executive administration professional to become a trusted partner to our senior advisors and help drive the smooth operation of our business. As an Executive Assistant, you will become a central part of our team, providing proactive support to senior advisors and contributing to the effective delivery of high-impact advisory projects. You'll be involved in everything from executive coordination and stakeholder engagement through to helping establish systems, processes, and ways of working for a growing business.

• Providing executive and administrative support to senior advisors, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Preparing, formatting, and proofreading a range of business documents, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Managing correspondence and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Liaising professionally with government stakeholders and external partners.
• Assisting with onboarding activities, office administration, and maintaining operational systems and resources.
• Supporting the development of new processes, templates, and ways of working as the firm continues to evolve.

We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys being the person others rely on.

You'll bring:

• 2 + years’ experience in executive support, administration, office management, or a similar coordination role.
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and stay one step ahead.
• Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office
• A professional, discreet, and trustworthy approach when handling sensitive information.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute wherever needed.

Experience within government, consulting, professional services, or another fast-paced corporate environment will be highly regarded.
