You'll provide evidence-based consultations for patients living with a range of chronic and complex health conditions, working within an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional clinical care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting telehealth and face-to-face consultations.

• Developing personalised treatment plans using conventional and integrative approaches where clinically appropriate.

• Prescribing medicinal cannabis within Australian clinical guidelines where indicated.

• Educating patients on treatment options and ongoing care.

• Maintaining high standards of AHPRA and TGA compliance with the support of our established systems and clinical governance.

We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about patient care and enjoy working collaboratively.

You'll have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner or Endorsed Nurse Practitioner.

• Eligibility to prescribe Schedule 8 medicines.

• Excellent communication and patient-centred consultation skills.

• A commitment to evidence-based practice.

• An interest in integrative healthcare and improving patient outcomes.

No previous medicinal cannabis experience is required.
