Landscaping Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Landscaping Supervisor to join the Titan Turf team in Adelaide. This is a full-time position working across Adelaide metropolitan area, where you will take on a leadership role overseeing landscaping projects and managing our skilled team members. As Landscaping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget, whilst maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role is integral to our operations and directly impacts client satisfaction and the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping teams on-site, ensuring all work meets company standards and client specifications

• Plan and schedule daily operations, including task allocation and resource management

• Monitor project progress, budgets and timelines to ensure completion within agreed parameters

• Conduct regular health and safety inspections, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations

• Communicate with clients regarding project updates, any changes and completion timelines

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used and labour hours

• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and techniques

• Liaise with management regarding project outcomes, challenges and opportunities for improvement

• Conduct equipment and vehicle maintenance checks to ensure they remain in safe working condition

• Handle site-specific issues and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain productivity

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in general landscaping, paving or synthetic turf installation

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience preferable

• Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, techniques and plant species suitable for South Australian conditions

• Competence in operating landscaping equipment and machinery safely

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

• Current driver's licence (essential for this role)

• Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one if required

• Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one

• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Preferred: White Card (Construction Induction Certificate) or similar safety qualification
