About the role
To provide in field support to the sales team to ensure continued sales growth and maintain ongoing contact with established customers to ensure total satisfaction with ConMed equipment in use at the hospital.
Sales Support
Surgical case attendanceCo-ordinate equipment and consumables from existing rental or consignment stockSet-up equipment if requiredProvide technical assistance as requiredRetrieve any loan equipmentReturn stockConsignment managementAll relevant equipment is available, correctly installed
Provide assistance to Customers
Identify and pass on potential sales opportunitiesCount consumable/ consignment stock as requestedConduct in-service sessions at hospitals as requiredSales opportunity growthConsignments are managedCustomers are knowledgeable in the use of our equipment
Support general business
Provide support to the general business as requiredContribute to helping other team membersAssist sales roles when people are on leaveReports and information request are completed in a timely manner and are accurate.Good relationship with team
